Nathaniel is of Anglo/American/Caribbean heritage and was born in Bangladesh where he lived for over 17 years. Nathaniel's wife Donna is from Ireland where for the past 12 years he has been involved in intercultural ministries with OMF International. His role involves training and equipping local churches to grow towards becoming intercultural communities where people of all backgrounds are welcomed, serve and grow. 

Noah's parents are from England and the States, he grew in France and spent several years working with refugees in Athens where he learnt to speak Farsi. Noah currently serves with the European Christian Mission (ECM) dividing his time between ministry to Persian speaking people and Intercultural Ministries Ireland with whom he leads the Intercultural Worship Ireland collective. He is married to Suzi with whom he has two children, Hope and Rafael.

Laura served for 27 years in Spain in different locations whilst also being involved in national ministries initiatives. Laura then served in Nairobi, Kenya doing cross-cultural ministry training in a local seminary. She is now based back 'home' in Belfast where she is involved in research into diaspora communities and churches in Ireland, the UK and across Europe. Laura is also a chaplain at a hospital and hospice in Belfast. 

Jess is originally from Hong Kong but has made Ireland her home along with her husband and 2 children. In Hong Kong Jess was a social worker, as well as being involved in local church ministry. Since moving to Ireland Jess has been involved in serving other newcomers in accessing services, contributing to community life and integration.
